DairySage Project
Have you ever wished you had somebody you could bounce ideas from?
Would you like to learn from someone that’s ‘been there, done that’?
How about meeting new people in the industry, developing a new skill or accelerating your career plan?
DairySage Mentoring is an exciting initiative for any-one involved in the dairy industry; farmers, employers, employees, factory staff and service providers, just about everyone can benefit from mentoring.
Mentoring is a supportive and private relationship between two people and provides the individuals involved with an opportunity to share and develop their knowledge, experience and skills. Mentors facilitate constructive reflection of actions, behaviours and learning journeys.
If you would like to gain the benefits from being matched with one of Australia’s leading mentors, you need to register to participate in DairySage Mentoring today!
Your mentoring journey will kick off with a free 2-day introduction training workshop designed to prepare you for a meaningful mentoring journey.
