Congratulations to Subtropical Dairy
Subtropical Dairy has been named Qld Community Organisation of the Year for its service provision to rural and regional Queensland. The award was a part of the Regional Achievement and Community Awards, hosted by Awards Australia.
Part of this recognition was due to the work with the Young Dairy Network, the dairyinfo.biz website, and the Women in Dairy email network, providing information and support to people involved in the dairy industry, particularly throughout the drought and a range of other acitivites. Subtropical Dairy received a hand crafted glass trophy and acknowledgement by QLD Minister for Primary Industries and Fisheries, Tim Mulherin for their efforts to service regional and rural Queenslanders.
